Zoe's waited her whole life for this exact day: a field trip across the seas to the newly excavated Temple of the Polypantheon, where there's a shrine for seemingly every god in existence (and Zoe is a sucker for gods).

But when Zoe accidentally-maybe-on-purpose gets locked in the temple overnight, strange things start happening. Things that shouldn't glow begin to glow, and ancient beings stir. Zoe must figure out how to appease the gods ... at least until the electricity comes back on.

Absolutely love the polypantheon going on in this game!!! Had loads of fun with this, and point-and-click puzzle games are one of my favourites so this was a real power combo. Managed to get the gummy bear and Baldr endings, though I'm still stuck on Ending B and the last slot for the sacrificial altar.

The Shinto and Greek Myths really tugged at my heartstrings💘💘💘. You deserve all the praise coming your way.

Definitely a 10/10🫧

the game does not scale well in 1366*768 resolution. the information window is cut off at the edges and the object bar overflows the information window.

so I can't read the hints properly.

the problem is only on browser

This was fun! Loved the bonus endings.

this was pretty fun! Got a bit stuck on one part early on so thanks for the walkthrough! (also it might just be me but was that an undertale reference I spotted? XD)

Yup! You have a sharp eye (and good taste in games, might I add). Thanks for playing!

I love this game. Thank you for all the great mythological references and the endings were a treat.

Found all the endings.  Great fun.  Didn't expect the gummi bear ending, and it was the first one I got.  Boy was I surprised.  Nice work.

This was great! I am so glad when a gamedev uses real life lore/mythology/history/etc in their games

[SPOILERS] This is amazing! I got all endings and thoroughly enjoyed the game. I really liked the math puzzle. However, i had 2 problems. The first was that I had to use my journal as the second-to-last sacrifice. Looking at the last 3 gods and not knowing anything about them caused great tension, but also hopelessness. I was lucky enough to have a basic grasp of a few mythologies (and everyone knows Cthulhu ) to not end the world (Seeing the 'Endings' option on the menu made me excited to play and told me there were consequences for my actions, i liked that). Overall, I think you were trying to make the end a memory puzzle, but if you forgot you're flipping a (3 sided?) coin  The second problem was almost random solutions. Some made sense because they were in brochure/journal, but you tried to change it up a bit after a while. I think that putting a book in a pot makes no sense and I couldn't find any hints other than "this pot should be filled with something" and the journal entry about the god. On a minor note, the goddess of death's (talk about edgy amirite) brochure doesnt have any story or many details. I genuinely wanted to learn more about this death goddess and why she is memed into eating cheese puffs. I love your soundtrack, with Ending 2 being my favorite (Wandering was very nice too for a puzzle game setting)

I like the concept. My only complaint is that the Baldr glowing thing is kinda tenuous. He's the god of the summer sun, so I'd have thrown that in, instead.

Lovely work. It was really cool finding the right offering for each god. :)

Thank you for playing and spreading the word! Your dramatic reading of Zoe's introductory text was especially delightful -- exactly how it sounded in my head when I wrote it.

Hehe, I'm glad you liked it. Will we see more of Zoe's adventures? :)

Why do you have so many separate versions of this?

(+2)

This game is an entry in Ludum Dare 43, so we wanted to make sure the original version and an original version without bugs are available for the reviewers. However, we also had a few extra ideas we didn't get to implement due to time constraints that we've put into this final build, which we don't think should be reviewed for the jam, hence this third and final version.

Thanks for playing!
